I have been off-the-air, waiting for a local license to transmit, since 
arriving Port Vila, Vanuatu.

I wish to make a small radio expedition, while visiting Vanuatu, that 
will be meaningful to IOTA collectors.  We hope to make our way to the 
far north of the country and visit the Torres Island group before we 
earnestly consider any operation.

I will make every effort to be QRV on all of the bands before we finish.
