         FYI, a Russian friend told me Kumar is running
70 watts to a 10m vertical.  We may need some great
conditions to hear him, but anything is possible
on 160.  I worked 8Q7BE a few years ago and he was
running 100w to a Gap vertical, and of course YI9ZF had
a nice signal with 100w to an inverted-vee at 20m.
