Topband: CT logging program

I read on the CT (k1ea) web page that the PTT delay and PTT hang time needs
to be set to allow the amplifier time to activate before RF starts.  My
question is where do I find those variables to change the times?  Is it
within the CT program (now using 9.92 for the past few days) or is it within
my radio (new owner of IC746pro)

	I noticed during the contest that the first element of the code (KD9SV was
being sent as AD9SV) and that was causing a lot of confusion.  I did also
notice many of the stations I worked during the test were having a similar
problem.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  I did add a foot-switch to
"band aid" the problem until a solution is found.

	Congrats to many stations who posted great scores already.  W8JI, you are
the winner of the "Insomniac award"  Another year of making all of us
mortals look really bad again...just kidding Tom... Location, Location,
location...and great antennas too.
