Good stuff to use...loss is low at 1.8 mhz.  But make sure it is of the
buryable type....this a "flooded" type and contains silicon..."little
critters" don't like to chew on it!

Someone suggested the excellent idea of buying cable ends from the cable
company.  If you must join pieces to get your length, don't bury the joint.
I bring a joint up inside a piece of 4" drain pipe in a "U" shape and place
a pipe cap on the top.  The joint stays clean and is accessible if needed.
It is usually possible to choose where the joint is, especially if you are
buying roll ends cheap.
