Topband: 3B9C from the "Real" Midwest

Hi  Gents,

I've been monitoring 3B9C on Topband for about a week.  
His signal was almost always below my local noise level...too low
to copy.  THEN, tonight what a huge difference!  I heard him
call CQ for quite a while with NO TAKERS!!  Finally got
him in the log at 0114Z.  He was 559 from the North-East
from NW Missouri on his usual ~1822.40.
