Dear Top Band gurus.
Just hear a talk at http://www.jhuapl.edu/colloq/colloq.htm about "Negatively Refracting Electromagnetic Materials" and Antennas was mentiones as an Application. Also about Flat Lenses with no Optical Axis. Maybe something that also might be used on Top Band. ?? If so let me know, Regards Johan-in-Washington N3RF Chm,
