Topband: More strange noises

Hi all
 
In my 45 years of hamming I have never heard a signal like  last night.  It 
sounded like a bunch of warbling digi type signals and it  sounded like they 
were using military frequency hopping techniques.  It was  quite narrow band and 
didn't bother me.  The frequency was 1.807.60. Since  I don't yet have 
beverages or pennants up don't know what direction these  signals were coming from 
but the were peaking s9 plus.
