Hands down, the persistently most outstanding signal here during contest was
that of UU7J.  He was nearly always many db louder than any other signals,
and I never head another one stronger at any time.  His signal was so very
outstanding that I was led to wonder if he might be using a lot more power
than anyone else.

Probably !  I have heard whispers at FN that some of these boys are using
old military  QRO transmitters - with antennas to match.
Of course the soil in Ukraine is excellent too so I assume the ground
resistance is lower than most of us have.
