There is  only ONE solution to this problem of stubborn YEASY-engineers.

 Sell these YAESU's and get a radio that does NOT click.

 That is the main reason why I did away all my YEASU stuff and now run the
 ORION. Nobody since has ever complained about key clicks on my 
transmissions

 If YAESU would loose ALL its CW and low band customers, I guess they would
start thinking (twice).
