The ARRL [IMHO] appears poised to RAM THIS DOWN OUR THROATS, regardless of commenter inputs.

BTW:  Out of the 954 'Comments' and 'Reply to Comments' filed as of this posting, less than 30 
comments have addressed the issue of the lack of a narrow bandwidth segments on 160M!  Contrast this 
apathetic response by TopBanders to that of RM-10352 a few years ago!
