Here is the info from EA6VQ:

The crew of XF4DL has been requested by the maritime authorities to put down
some antennas, including 80m, 160m, satellite and EME, because of a tropical
storm that could become a hurricane and move towards Revilla Gigedo.

It also could happen that it moves towards the west, but meanwhile this is
confirmed they won't be able to operate on those bands. They said more news
in 24 hours.
