Topband: topband dxcc list

I went to the ARRL website today and went to Awards then DXCC and then 
tested 160 and Honor Role listings and found them to be PFD files up through 
4 August 2007.  Both had my updates correct.  So I guess ARRL has fixed 
their PC listing problems.

As to N8S, I sent my QSLs with a donation and SAE while Dr. Hrane was 
travelling home, and received my QSLs about 7/7/7  -  (7 July 2007).
