Topband: Small lot antenna idea

I operate from a small lot with outside antenna restrictions. A 1/4 wave 
balloon supported vertical allows me to radiate a decent signal. The balloon 
won't fly if it is too windy and don't try it if any power lines are around 
your lot. Enjoyed reading K4UEE's report from VU7RG, outstanding job! Ditto 
for 5A7A.
