Topband: JD1BME info

I worked him for the 1st time on 1818.5kHz.

I asked only his QTH, and answer was "MINAMI TORISHIMA ES QSL BURO".

Though my location is always noisy, I did record the short QSO 
with JD1BME at 09:34z (18:34j) this evening.
