Topband: 1.810 BCB interference

If they are being heard in Flagstaff that is way too loud. 
Any spurious signal that causes harmful interference is 
technically illegal regardless of the local power level at 
the source, so you should be able to force compliance.

I would be willing to talk to the engineers at the station.
