Topband: IK4AUY push-pull preamplifier

I have found a printing error in the IK4AUY push-pull preamplifier 
featured on p.7-98 in ON4UN's Top band DXing (4th Ed.). Four of the 
resistors have incorrect values. Anyone contemplating building this 
amplifier should download the original QEX article (Mar/Apr 2003) from
