Guys,

for those who need RA0LV address (or other Russian DX ) here is a page
www.qrz.ru where you can run a search for Russian call signs, in case the
other available sources are useless. The callsign search window is the one
on the top right hand corner.

The beauty of this site is that it is in Russian but with some persistence
you may be able to copy and print the address given in Russian, just add
"RUSSIA" at the bottom of the address you have copied & pasted.

In this case direct RA0LV address is (I have translated into Latin symbols):
