Hello again,
 
I have never had such a response to any kind of  query.
There must have been 15 answers or so.
 
The next step is to drag the old FT-101EE out of the  garage
and get with it.  It has not been turned on for 30 years;  so I will
have to take my time with annealing the  capacitors.
