Topband: Slower speed CW

Try down around 1810, that's where the QRP folks hang out and generally they send a bit slower or ask folks to QRS. I'm always glad to slow down and usually do so if it sounds like I should ;o)

State QSO parties generally have slower senders as well for various reasons and tend to be good places to start picking your CW speed up.
