Jorge,

The apex would have to be much higher then 11o' for the 
antenna to be effective on 160 meters. With 160 meter long 
legs (about the minimum that still works) the apex would 
have to be at 100 meters. With a 110' apex you could 
create a good antenna for 10 to 30 meters for a single 
direction.

I have modelled this configuration last year when planning 
a DXpedition to Castle Island (C6AGU) where the top of a 
120 foot tall light-house is accessible. (I love Vee Beams 
and look at any tall structure as a possible support for 
one.) Unfortunately, for 160, the support would have to be 
much higher than 120 feet.
