Topband: Broadcast spur ID

Hello Reflectees,
I am trying to get a positive ID on the BC spur centered around 1809.4.
It is S9 in the early morning hours in EM12 and is to the Northwest of this location.
I believe it to be in the Lubbock, TX. area.
Any help with a positive ID would be appreciated so we can notify the station they seem to have a problem.
Please reply off list and thank you for any help.
