Topband: impedance matching xmfr

I have a commercial unit with a built in pre-amp and 3:1 impedance matching xmfr;used for beverages (which I can't do) or EWE's. I was thinking of putting up a EWE for receiving, but some hams felt that a ground independent antenna would be best-pennant or flag.

My question is: I would still like to use my commercial unit and is there some impedance matching xmf I can build and put between between the output of the unit and the antenna?
