Two possibilies I can think of.
First - I am using a simple RX loop with the null focused on my TX antenna
for feeding a second RX. With the loop 1000 feet from the TX antenna, I
can copy some signals 10 kHz away while TXing. Perhaps in your case, it
would give you enough attenuation to pretty much eliminate the QRM.
I once had a local about a mile from me - but I was able to just about
make his signal go away by using a JPS ANC-4 phasing box. I just used
some random antenna for the sense antenna. The MFJ-1026 would probably
also work for this. This technique would allow you to use your current
RX antennas - although you might need to adjust the settings when you
changed antennas. This assumes the signal isn't so loud that it doesn't
overload the phasing box (it did not with my ANC-4 and this one local).
Both of these should help even if the signal isn't totally clean. Any
narrow band filters wouldn't have that advantage as there would be no
attenuation to the "garbage" that would be in the passband of the filter.
