Topband: Difficult rxing in contest environments in EU

I fully agree what has been said about this problem in topband contests. Stew Perrry and CQ160m seems to be the most problematic.
Still one thing to add to this discussion.
Everybody should try to listen the same audio frequency what is set to TX offset for cw.
Even 50Hz difference means often difficulties when working in a narrow hole.
