I used it for my first "temporary" vertical at my new place.  After two
seasons, many of the radials had become brittle and filled with cracks.
Many were broken, probably from being stepped on by deer after becoming
brittle.

Apparently, the brittleness varies with soil chemistry, so maybe you'll
be lucky.
