Would appreciate any reports on TO7RJ's signal here on the east coast. Nothing heard here so far although I cannot listen every night. QRN has been very bad here in the southeast. I know AA1K worked him and probably others but just trying to get some intel. Appears he may be without power up until about an hour before his sunrise.
