Topband: What are these weak birdies every 10.0000 KHz?

I hear the same thing here at my station---only the "carriers" are far more
pronounced when listening to the south (especially with my terminated
Beverage), which has always led me to believe that the signals are arriving
via sky-wave from somewhere in the U.S.
