Topband: V51AS Comments/Info.

I have received 3 cards from him.  Two were for contacts in 2003 & don't 
remember the address used then.  The last one was for a contact in Apr. 
2009.  Sent $3 to the qrz.com address in Germany Apr. 2009 and received the 
card back in Oct. 2009.
