Topband: What about T32RD??

Good Morning all

I worked T32RD three times in 2001 and have sent three separate SASE's plus 
green stamps in the last few years and still no card. Emails with T32RD 
confirming the the QSO's have been exchanged and more SASE's were encouraged 
but still no card. The last SASE sent was over a year ago. I can't keep 
sending money and now even my emails are not being answered....

Has anyone had better luck??
