I don't see anything out of the ordinary in the various data. It's just another chapter in the best-seller The Mysteries of Topband Propagation.

I will make one comment, though. It seems like long-haul DX on 160 is starting to show up again, and it's interesting to note that the galactic cosmic ray count has been decreasing since mid September. I'm sure you're well aware of NM7M's (SK) theory - it could be one piece of this big puzzle.
