Doug et. al,

FYI, the web wrote my call incorrectly as YB(ravo)0LOW.

I took the complete 4-sq RX array from Hi-Z to the island but regretfully
had never been able to erect it due to two main reasons:

1. It's very difficult to obtain space for the 4 vertical in the dense
jungle due to lack of land-clearing tools.
2. Island's narrowed beach (at tides) has been occupied by 10 other
monoband/resonant tx antennas streching out as almost 300 meters from
end-to-end wit their bamboo masts and guying wires.

I should have brought the Hi-Z 2 ele rx array for two directions which
seemed is more easier to fit the rest space on the near beach to edge soil
of island.

I decided to erect the DHDL because it's just the most possible rx antenna
type to have in our location.

It was directed to 50 degrees. With it I could easily logged all stations
from W/VE land

Maybe next time. Beware: after all these years, top band is still
poisonous! :-)

Tnx es 73 de Jo, YC0LOW for YB8Y
