Other regions of the world will have good propagation at that time.

Then pray tell why is Vlad advertising to the Top Band reflector on the WWW if it is not supposed to be a WW contest?

And thus far I have not seen a reply from Vlad.  And the Reply All, which sent a copy of my comments/question to Vlad at his personal address, came 
back as undeliverable.   ???

Oh well, I will find something else to do on Top Band tonight.
