Topband: Conditions

[Milt -- N5IA]

Just an FYI  to all.  It appears the band may evolve into something good tonight.

I was able to contact NP4A in Puerto Rico from my station in Arizona with only one call at 0036 Z.

The log time is when the sun is almost one whole hour before setting.
