Topband: Help put Haiti on topband

Hi Merv:

We will try to look for everyone.  Most previous operations had limited antennas.  We should have pretty effective antennas.  QRM will be a problem.  RX antenna will not be to EU or USA, they will be AWAY FROM THE WORST NOISE SOURCES
