I operated some S&P during the ARRL contest.  I'm not a contest op but wanted to 
give the guys I worked some points, so I tried submitting a check log.

I use DXBase for my logging program so I created an .adif file of the QSOs and 
used ADIF2CABR V.3.10 (C) SP7DQR to make a Cabrillo file.

When I submitted I saw in part this:

*ERROR-->*Following QSO errors were found:

  * Sent exchange is missing sec for each QSO

*WARNING-->*Following QSOs were missing required exchange info. You may want to 
correct these when you resubmit your log.

  * QSO: 1814 CW 2016-12-03 0611 N7WS 599 AA5B 599 NM
    copied exchange (sec) is missing
  * QSO: 1805 CW 2016-12-03 0231 N7WS 599 AC0W 599 MN
    copied exchange (sec) is missing
  * QSO: 1815 CW 2016-12-04 1454 N7WS 599 AC7A 599 AZ
    copied exchange (sec) is missing
  * QSO: 1808 CW 2016-12-04 1307 N7WS 599 AI7H 599 ID

and so on and so forth.

So what's the problem?
