Topband: Help needed with RTR-1A

Mark,  With the right hand side toggle switch on the RTR-1A in the 
center position the "RX active light" should illuminate. If it doesn't 
come on check the required RCA connection to the TX amplifier relay 
cable. I use here a RCA Y connection.
