Topband: At least four more years of solar minimum?

Hi Paul,
I'm only the messenger! I'm very suspicious of that NOAA forecast,
although its disappointing that there is scant evidence of Cycle 25
activity other than occasional very weak, tiny, very short lived
opposite polarity sunspots.
The future isn't what it used to be!

Frank,
You are ruining my plans for a Dxepidition somewhere nice for my 50th bday
in 2021.
Might as well save the money and stay at home!
