Topband: Awesome 160 Meter Vertical

I was our for a bike ride up to Mt. Hamilton Observatory today in the East hills of San Jose and came upon an antenna on a ridge made of what appeared to be Rohn 25 maybe 100 feet tall with three top loading wires slipped down at about 30 degrees.

The antenna looked absolutely fabulous.

Anyone know the call sign of the owner?
