Topband: Windows 10 Update heads up

Helpful comments, Rick, and thanks to Floyd too.  My XYL's computer never
has to run Flex software, but all of mine do.  So I'll keep the canary for
the time being.  My friend's computer doesn't run Flex software, and his
was definitely affected by the update.  It's interesting that we now have
to use third party software to bring back the W7 desktop.  Ah well...
