Topband: Topband CY9C

Congrats to Mike and others logging CY9C.

Copied here in eastern KS on both CW and FT8. No luck getting a reply with 100 w and 40 foot vertical last evening. Noted lots of QRN on the band.  Need a better transmit antenna!
