I have had great support from Tom and the folks at Force 12.  I just put up a C3 and it works great!  Now I need to get a stack of em!  I suggest you email them again or call them.  force12@interserv.com or check out the web page @ www. qth.com/force12.  I just received some email from them last week.  

Tom has provided me with very good suggestions on maximizing my stations antennas which include Hygain and Cushcraft antennas as well.
