OK, I'm gonna go to the wall to get this rotary tower -

Now, any experienced business types out there with suggestion on the best
way to handle the transaction?

Send 1/2 price now and 1/2 on delivery?

Any bill of sale wording suggestions to protect the buyer and seller?

Insurance? - if so, carrier suggestions?

etc?
