[TowerTalk] 115 vac up the tower

If the 115 vac device doesn't require too much current another solution
could be to send 12 vac up the tower and use a 12 to 115 vac transformer on
top.  Probably much easier to use 12 v instead of the 115vac device. 73 Jim
