STACKING ??? HELP

You might have the antennas out of phase - I am not sure if you
have checked to make sure the connections are the same on
both antennas - and I dont think you can tell the poliarty
of the klm baluns - go up to the lower antenna and reverse the leads
from the balun to the driven element.
