[TowerTalk] Tower Height Apprehension????

The reason I have a crank-up tower is that I can CRANK IT DOWN !  If u
worry abt winds, crank it down, wait, crank it back up during better
times.  PS, a motor on the crank helps a lot and encourages u to actually
bring it down even when a little weather threatens.  de K4VUD
