[TowerTalk] House-bracketed towers

I'm looking for info/opinions on bracketed towers.

The installation I'm thinking of would be 40 feet of 25G, with
only 18 feet of tower exposed above the bracket.

I'm told there was an article in QST on this subject. Does anyone
know when that was published?
