Well the base Rohn calls for is 4x4x4.  Apparently the tower itself is
not sufficient.  Bracketed towers get to use a smaller base (2x2x4 or
2Dx4) and Rohn does not call for rebar in those.  But they do for the
one I will be pouring--so in it goes.
