[TowerTalk] Without Benefit of Concrete

If you put up a guyed tower without a concrete base (bottom section just
stuck in the ground), be sure to check guywire tension on a regular basis.
One well-known contester had a TH6DXX on about 50' of 45G in his backyard
(he was renting so he knew it was a temprary situation), and the guywires
kept getting looser as the tower slowly sunk deeper in the dirt.  I don't
think his was sitting on gravel either, which could cause freeze damage if
the leg bottoms are plugged with dirt, but fortunately it doesn't freeze too
often down here.
