Hi Folks,

If there is a thing called "Art Jury", "Homeowners Association", or any
other group with a similar name associated with a piece of property you
are considering don't bother with negotiations on a tower.  Find a new
place to build your dream home that has none of these thing on the deed.

You can find out all you need to know informally by calling up your
nearest real estate title company and asking for a copy of the deed and
other info on the property.  There is no charge for this information and
they will print it out for you while you wait or mail it to your present
address.

If a real estate professional shows you a property with restrictions on
towers or other outdoor antennas after they know what you want to do
with the property find another real estate person instantly.
