[TowerTalk] LIQUID ELECTRICAL TAPE

I have a can of Star brite (TM) liquid tape that has thickened up on me.
I realize that it is pretty inexpensive, but so as to adhere to my
grandmother's old philosophy of "waste not, want not" does anybody out
there have any idea as to what to use as a thinner?
